NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Cottondale, Florida, will consider a proposed Ordinance to be titled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF COTTONDALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADOPTION OF A CERTAIN SMALL-SCALE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT FOR TRIOAK ENTERPRISES, LLC; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
will be considered by the City Commission of the City of Cottondale, Florida at 6:00 P.M. at a regular meeting on Monday, the 8th day of July, 2024, at City Hall, Cottondale, Florida.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance can be inspected by the public at the City Clerk’s office in the City Hall.
All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
