NORTHWEST COTTONDALE SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM PROJECT
Grant #M0165 – Grant Total Amount: $1,400,228.00
Project Scope: Replace approximately 3,550 LF of existing sanitary sewer lines, rehabilitate 1,500 LF of existing sanitary sewer lines, rehabilitate one (1) existing sanitary sewer lift station, including the installation of one (1) emergency electrical generator. The project additionally, will replace 16 existing sanitary sewer manholes, rehabilitate six (6) existing sanitary sewer manholes, reconnect laterals, and replace approximately 6,650 square yards of existing paving along West Street, Front Street, McKinnon Street, McClain Street, North Street, and Adams Street in the Northwest section of the City of Cottondale.

Project Scope: Replace approximately 2,250 linear feet of sanitary sewer collection system lines, replace ten (10) sanitary sewer collection system manholes, carry out a full rehabilitation of the damaged sanitary sewer lift station, including adding an emergency electrical generator at the lift station and replace 3,750 square yards of paving in the Southeast Sanitary Sewer Collection System Service Area.
