LEGAL NOTICE
SURPLUS CITY VEHICLE OUT FOR BID
The City of Cottondale will be taking written sealed bids regarding the sale of a 2005 Crown Victoria police car with 109,291 miles. Minimum bid of $1,000. Sealed bids must be submitted to City Hall by 12:00 pm on October 20, 2022 at 2659 Front Street, Cottondale, FL 32431. Use bid form and put in seal envelope and drop off at Cottondale City Hall. The sealed bids will be opened at the Regular Commission Meeting at 6:00 pm at City Hall, on Monday, October 24, 2022. For questions or to look at vehicle, please call 850-352-4361.
Awards will be made to the highest bidders. The Notice of Award will be issued and payment in full must be received no later than five (5) business days from the date of Notice of Award.
Payment will be accepted only via cash or certified check made payable to the City of Cottondale. Bidders are required to provide a contact phone number, as the Notice of Award will be issued promptly.
The vehicle will be sold AS IS: The vehicle must be removed from the premises within five (5) business days from the date of the Notice of Award or payment may be forfeited. Once payment is made, the sale is final, and no refund or return will be allowed.
